Service scope
Shekwa provides navigation, doctor discovery, appointment management and symptom-routing support. It is not an emergency service, hospital, clinic or substitute for professional medical judgment.
User responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, keep login credentials private, use the platform lawfully and avoid submitting another person’s data without authority. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or bypass platform security.
Doctor information
Doctor profiles and verification indicators are informational. Verification should be completed by an authorized administrator against appropriate professional records. Users should independently confirm suitability before receiving care.
Appointments
Appointment availability may change. A booking confirmation does not guarantee treatment or create a physician-patient relationship before the healthcare provider accepts and conducts the encounter. Cancellation rules may be added by participating providers.
Availability and liability
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable safeguards are used, uninterrupted operation and error-free results cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
